1. Who processes the data
The personal data controller is the owner of neme5web.kg (the “Operator”), a web developer based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. You can reach the Operator using the contacts in section 8.
Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”.
2. What data we receive
- From the request form: your name, a way to contact you (phone, Telegram or email) and your message about the project.
- From the review form (via a personal link a client receives after the project is finished): name, position or company, rating and review text.
- Technical data: the IP address of the request sender (for spam protection) and technical cookies — form protection (CSRF) and the selected site language.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers and do not collect data you did not send yourself.
3. Why
- to contact you about your request and discuss the project, timing and cost;
- to prepare a proposal and a contract if you decide to order a website;
- to publish your review on the site — only after you submit it and the Operator checks it;
- to protect the site from spam and abuse.
4. Legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box under the request form or by submitting a review. A request cannot be sent without consent.
5. Where and how long it is stored
Data is stored on the site's server. Notifications about new requests and reviews may be delivered to the Operator via Telegram. Data is not shared with or sold to anyone else, except where required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Requests are kept until our conversation about them is over, but no longer than 1 (one) year unless we sign a contract. Published reviews are kept until you ask to remove them.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data about you is stored, ask to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent by contacting the Operator (section 8). Requests are handled within 10 business days.
7. Data protection
The site works over HTTPS, and only the Operator has access to the data through a password-protected admin panel.

9. Changes
